FREE PASSES

I chatted to your help 27 Nov about my remote not working and was advised to purchase new remote. i bought new remote and stick as i could not purchase separately. The stick came with free one month passes i do not see them on my account 

please advise 

Also i have just down loaded a remote on my phone and that works better than the remote purchased. Had i been advised about this would not have spent money purchasing new stick

not very happy

Best to head onto live chat again and lodge a complaint to see what Now TV staff can do.

 

Another option is to drop them an email

You can buy Now TV remote controls from Amazon, I know because I have bought about 3 or 4 over the past 3 years, you see they tend to run away and hide from my family.

I also have a downloaded remote control app from the Google Play Store, i.e. best of both worlds.

Thanks to all those that responded to my message. I am not using the remote that came with new stick instead i use a mobile phone app which works very well

 

Buying a new stck came with free 1 month packages which thanks to Nowtv customer services are now allocated to my account
