Extra charge

Hi my package includes anytime unlimited call £18 per month. I just realised there were several months have been charged for the calls include, for the same number (family member's) has been charged sometime but not on most time. I found one month was charged £26 and this month is charged £56. 

Please email me or call me to clarify the issues. I am going to temorially block the subscription for the stand order as I couldn't get in touch with anybody from Now Tv.

As this is a customer forum you won’t get contacted by staff. You’ll be best to call the broadband team in the morning to find out what’s going on.

@Anonymous User Bear in mind that Anytime Calls do have a limit of an hour after which they become chargeable. To avoid this, simply hang up within an hour and redial.
