Extra charge

Morning, I’ve just joined  now tv to watch the new sex In the city and For some reason have been changed for both the video and entertainment packages and then last night I was changed a £5 charge when I watched an episode??? No prompt for payment or nothing, I’ve just a charge on my PayPal. Not happy atall!!!
