Error when trying to subscribe to sports package

I have previously been a member through my bt package which i no longer have. I try and subscribe to the sports package again but it just say error. I have tried this a few times now and get the same error each time. I just want to subscribe and pay for the sports package.

What's the error message? 

Maybe BT TV still have your NOW account details on their system if you are no longer a BT TV customer and want to subscribe directly with NOW.

If so, perhaps get in touch with BT TV themselves or create a new account with NOW.

Hi @Anonymous User 

Or are you still a BT TV customer and want to take advantage of a Sports Offer only available to NOW direct customers and not available to third billing  parties such has BT TV ?
