Hi
I have signed up to an acount with Now TV, however I cant buy Broadband
I have an Error when trying to buy Broadband at the add phone number stage and am asked to ring Now TV. I ring and I am cut off because I am not an existing customer!
How can I break through this impasse?
I realise there are issues with CV-19, however an update would be appreciated

I've had the same problem too.
I'm now able to get onto the ordering section, however, the issue I'm having now is the price of the package I'm trying to order isn't reflected in the basket total.
Instead of fab fibre being 25 a month's it's showing up as 32 a month. The extra 7 quid isn't showing up on the bill page either lol
