Entertainment package not working

I paid for a month entertainment package, this morning when I went to watch a series it said I haven’t got the package but money was taken from my bank account

I also have a email saying it was paid for and on the app it says I’ve got the package but when I go to watch something it says I haven’t got the package and need to pay

What device are you using to watch? 
What are you trying to watch?

 

When you are in the app scroll to the bottom until you see a list of options, go to “your account” and in here you should see what account if any are logged in.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
