Entertainment Passes

I applied a second entertainment pass to my account on 11th Dec (purchased 2 now TV boxes at end of October), and the pass was acknowledged, and said it was valid until April? The £7.99 monthly subscription has now been debited from my account?

Welcome to the forum. Sounds lie the code hasnt applied properly, is it possible you forgot to confirm the voucher? (Sometimes people enter the code to display the details of the offer but then forget to confirm to make sure it's applied). 

 

Easiest way way to find out is to go to your My Account >My Passes page, click the apply a voucher link in the entertainment pass section and enter the code again, if it displays details of the offer then it is still valid and you can apply it to your account if you wish (or alternately instead of applying it you could pop onto live chat to see if they be willing to refund your current pass first, that would be up to them).

 

If the code shows as invalid when you enter it, pop onto live chat and query with them.
