I had a deal on an entertainment pass which was paid on the 23 Jan 2020 and ran for a month till 23 Feb 2020. My pass has suddenly disappeared and I cannot watch nowtv. Please help.
just spoken to chat. They are investigating it but I cannot watch the tv pass I have already paid for. Poor customer service nowtv. I would have expected a temporary pass until the issue is resolved. I am very disappointed.
Ok managed to get this finally resolved. They had to refund me my last pass and give me codes for the offer that was cancelled. Total nightmare but glad it’s over.
