Entertainment Pass Payment.

I applied for an 14 day trial Entertainment Pass today. I have been charged three times to verify my account and charged £7.99 for this pass even though it states I won't be charged until the 3 of September. I would like my money back please.

No I had an account a few years ago. Left last year and rejoined this year.

Oh, so you shouldn't actually be signing up for a new account as the free trial is only available to brand new customers. This must be the reason you we're charged 😕  @Anonymous User
