It wasn’t entirely clear if you couldn’t update your details because you couldn’t find where to do it, or because you got to the right place, but the screen wouldn’t let you do it.

 

If the former, then ‘Update my details’ on the page that @Tony-D linked you to will get you to the right place without having to go via Live Chat.

 

But if it’s the latter, you have to go via that tiny green arrow to get to Live Chat.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
