Email received saying entertainment pass soon runs out and payment is due.
However entertainment pass runs out on the 16th of November
Have they made a mistake or do they automatically remind you a moth early that payment is due

Why would NowTV do that? You are on an automatically renewing plan.
Where does it want you to make payment?
I would examine this email very carefully, to check if it is genuine or not.

I has a similar email. Thought it was spam at first. Logged into my account - not via the email - and they said a payment had been missed. I’m on a one year deal with passes I bought last Black Friday. I simply messaged them and it was sorted within a few days.
