Email from Now TV is this a scam

I have just received an email claiming to be from Now TV, telling me that as I have not updated my debit card details my account is in areas and I have 10 days to save my account.  I checked my account on the Now website and my last payment went through.  The amount paid is the exact amount requested in the email, also, I have recently changed my debit card.  So either this email is genuine, or, my account has been hacked and it's a scam.  I'm very concerned about this

Forward the email onto customer support. Address in the below picture.

If I were you, I would not worry about it and ignore the email when you have passed it on.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

It's clear from the information in the scam email that my Now TV account has been hacked.  This is what bothers me.

We had one of these a few days ago. Oh, it was you. Didn’t you like the answers you got before?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
This week, I are genrally been watching epsidoes on my Sasmung TV
