How do I change my email address when I no longer have access to the account?

You should still be able to change the email address using the link I posted.

When you hit change address you get given two notices on the window.

1. To head to your current email account to do the needful

2. Use Live chat if you don't have access to the email address

See screenshot.

So when you hit that live chat box you want to do the following to speak with staff.

1. Select TV
2. Select 'Change my account details'
3. Using the little drop down at 'Get in Touch' is then the 'Chat Online' button (this is the key to speaking with staff)
