Ehh am I still getting 10p charges after cancelling

Hi after several attempts I have finally got help from online chat to cancel my passes & being over charged but not refunded
After receiving a cancel confirmation , I can still watch until it expires
My bank account 2 days after cancellation shows .10 p being deducted twice
Not much but out of principle why is this & for how long ? My watching period has not expired yet
This causes bad publicity & makes one not want to reactivate again in the future

They are not very good at billing or sorting out issues! Do call the customer service again and again till they stop, I've also been charged at random and for no reason and they like to pretend it all seems "strange" Lol
