my children were able to buy kids pass even though tv wasn’t switched on but box was. Had a receipt to show this and now cancelled pass but payment taken. Why can this happen without a password and when do I get a refund please

Hello Rick to prevent this in future you can set up a payment pin https://help.nowtv.com/article/change-payment-pin-parental-pin-settings
Once you have done this, then pop over to the live chat where they can process a refund for you
