Why have you taken two payments for the sky cinema pass out within the space of two weeks. I believe this is monthly so don't appreciate early payments coming out.

Yes both passes are. Check this morning in payments and my entertainment pass wasn't due out till end of month. They have now attempted to take that payment. Both passes where last paid on the 29th April and both payments where next due 29th May.

I asked for all payments to be taken from my bank on the 28th of month why has it come out today the 22nd I now have nothing to liv with at all till I get paid

As I am customer like you I haven't got access to account info.
If you had answered my question in the first place I would be able to provide links that could help you out.
Each TV pass is a separate payment. Same with Broadband, completely separate from TV passes.
Broadband can be resolved by calling the team.
TV passes can only be resolved by Live chat.
