Hi got a e mail today saying my payment is overdue but when I go into payment and billing it says it has been paid.

Might be an admin error or the email was intended for a different persons account (seen this happen and reported before on the NowTV forum).
Maybe jump over to live chat or drop NowTV a message using their web form on the link page below to see if this email was sent in error or not.
