Each membership is separate and need to be cancelled individually.
Did you get email confirmation of the cancellation?
If you didn't then I am afraid to say you did not follow the wonderful cancellation process.
For any chance of a refund you must speak with staff via live chat. Make sure your signed in and hit the 'How to get in touch' drop down.
And each service is billed separately. So, @Judy, is this one payment, or are you aggregating several separate ones?
If it’s one payment, it is possibly a discounted Sports membership, though I am wondering if it is a broadband subscription.
Did you have Now Broadband, have you got it now, or are you with some other ISP?
If it looks like a Broadband subscription that should have ceased being paid for, contact Now Broadband on one of the following numbers, to find out what has gone wrong here, and hopefully have them put it right:-
