Hello, I purchased a weekly sports pass last month but now tv took two payments from my account. Whilst purchasing the pass i remember there was some strange glitchy behaviour on the website e.g. my billing details and card number were incorrect.
Have contacted now tv support who are saying the additional payment cannot be traced and currently refusing to give me a refund. I have asked for a deadlock letter so i can progress this with CISAS but they are dragging their heels about this.
Has anyone else seen additional payments taken from account? Or had experience of the CISAS process?
