Double bump and nearly losy my mortgage!

I pay  NOWTV through my DEBIT ACCOUNT.  Originally I paid through my credit card.

I feel horrible using the word Now but Now has been double billing me has cist me 48 points on my credit score and nearly cost me my mortgage for the home I'm moving into next week!

Does anyone have a similar experience ?

It’s £9.99 for Cinema and £9.99 for Entertainment. Are you by any chance subscribed to both?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
