I don't see any option to cancel my unactivated day pass. I cannot use the pass because I'm not in UK and I'm on Linux - both unclear when I was buying the pass. I haven't used the pass yet and it hasn't been 24 hours. I'd like to cancel it.

I am assuming it's a day sports pass ?
The nowtv day or week sports pass don't auto renew, so hence the reason you can't see a cancel button next to the one day sports pass when going to My Account > Passes & Vouchers on here.
You only need to cancel the month passes to prevent them auto renewing each month.
If you want a refund for the unused day sports pass you need to contact live chat.

@schnapps , you were exactly right. Live Chat sorted out my issue. Thanks a bunch for the speedy response to point me in the right direction.
