Do not wish to watch another month worth

I thought i cancelled my subscriptions a month ago, evidently not as to my surprise I was billed yesterday for boost and hayu, I understand i may not have unsubscribed properly but I do not wish to watch another month's worth of hayu or Now nor have I the whole of this last month, in fact I had deleted the app. Could I get a refund on my last payments please.

@SALLY101 this is a customer to customer forum so no one here can give you a refund.

In the mean time, to ensure all your memberships are cancelled - while online, click on the person icon> go to manage account> Now membership and then click on cancel membership. 


There will be a few pages of "are you sure" and maybe an offer to keep you but keep clicking cancel until you get a confirmation message. You should also receive a confirmation email.


You need to do this with each active membership individually.
