Do I have to pay for Caller ID Service on my new phones?

 

    Hi,

              I've just bought a set of house phones with various features on them, one is Caller ID Service.   I was wondering will I have to pay for this setup from NOW TV, as at the moment I can't get it to function as it should do.

 

Can anyone out there help me please I have tried to ring but they were too busy to answer my call.
