I tried ringing now tv after searching the site for live chat which is so well hidden I couldn’t find it anywhere. After being left on hold for an age I’m now going to cancel my direct debit. If you can’t be bothered to look after customers properly you don’t deserve my business

The chat is under help. It is not obvious, but the rationale for that is otherwise people would chat for all sorts of trivia and prevent those who need to really access it getting through.
