Disappointed customer service

I was chatting to a customer service online named 'Taufik' who abruptly hung up without resolving my issue. For your attention I need to present my case here again. I am using Now TV stick free view. I have never subscribed or bought any pass but Now TV is trying to take money from my account. Why? I am very disappointed. I want you to resolve this immediately. If you don't do it, it could be done by Offcom.

Thanks for posting.

We're sorry the agent ended the call. The call center only deals with Broadband customers , but this should've been explained to you.

To set up the stick you will have needed a NOW TV Pass of some sort even if it was a trial. 

Best thing to do is go to "my account" and "passes & vouchers" check if you have any active passes can cancel any you don't want.
