I want to purchase broadband but don’t move into the house for a few weeks. Once I’ve ordered this and booked the installation date (at the moment May 22nd) when would I actually be able to start using broadband and when will my first payment be?
Tried using online chat but can’t find any way to do this.

Normally when you go to My Account > Orders & Appointments whilst signed in on here, it should show the progess of your order from despatch of the Hub Router, any Engineers date booked to your live activation date.
Your Broadband & Telephone billing date is usually the date your Broadband goes live.
Once your order is processed, you should find the NowTV Broadband Team telephone number under the Orders & Appointments section by clicking on the drop down arrows to expand the information which should reveal a telephone contact number on screen.
