My bank card is not expire any time soon, it has enough money all the time, my home address is correct, it charged one pound when I first entered my card( and got refunded) and it doesn't pay automatically every month. I revised an email stating NOW TV is going to cancel it if I don't pay it. How can I solve it?

When you update your payment details it automatically takes a “holding payment” of £1 which is never officially taken.
If your membership is not paid I’d suggest popping onto live chat to explain the situation, just make sure to click “chat online”.
