Devices

have taken some devices off only have two on there now but it won't let me add any says I have reached my limit surely if I am paying for the service i should be able to have 6

i understand you can't keep changing them but should not let you delete them then say you can't add new or even add them back

Can anyone help please

Won't be able to help apart from if you had six devices registered on your account, then during a calendar month you are permitted three device swaps maximum.

Would normally point you to live chat to see if they will grant you some further extra device swaps, however due to the coronavirus crisis live chat is currently closed for the foreseeable future.

 

So you may have to wait until the 1st of May until you get a further three device swaps on your account.
