Devices

I'm trying to change my devices and it will not let me but I have 2 open spaces

A couple of people have reported this, where the only way to resolve it will be to contact live chat and ask them to clear your device slots and start again by watching some nowtv content on your nominated max four devices which should then be added to your account under " Devices".
