Devices issues

Hi ! I don't understand how devices work !I Can't watch anything anymore beceause apparently I've added a devices and I can't swap anything. But what I don't understand is the camputer I want to use NowTV with it isn't a new devices, it's the one I use from the beginning . Meanning I'm paying for nothing.... quite upsetting to be honest

Go to My Account/Devices.

 

This will tell you how many devices you have registered - you can have up to six - and how many swaps you have left this month, of the three you are allowed each month.

 

I know a PC can appear as 2 devices, because the browser/player option is one, and the Microsoft Store Now TV integrated app is another.

 

But do you really have four other devices registered, and all three swaps used up?

 

And if you do have four other devices registered, then how are you ‘paying for nothing’ when you could be using any one of those four to watch NowTV on?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
