Hi, sorry I'm new to this. I have now tv through my bt account and it would appear I have exceeded my number of device swaps this month. I now can't watch now tv on my mobile phone. It happened accidentally when I was trying to set now tv up on my laptop. I'm a technophobe! Can I be helped in any way as a one off please. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am assuming you have gone into your online My Account under Devices to see if you have any device swaps left this calendar month (you get three device swaps per month).

Yes and it would appear my device swaps have been used up.
