Device swapping problem

I just swapped devices for the first time in months and both the old devices I removed and the new devices I’m trying to add are getting the message that I have already used my device slots for the month, when I have clearly not. What do I do ?

You are limited to 3 changes per month but that includes deletions aswell as additions. 

 

So if you were to delete 2 devices and then add 1, you will have used up your monthly allowance.

If you have done 3 this month, you will have to wait until 1st August to make another change. 

 

If you are sure you have not made 3 changes, you can contest it by using the Live Chat service and NowTV will check your account for you.

NowTV is rubbish. I only have 2 devices and I get that message every time I move from one room to another. I paid for a 3 month sport package and got to use 2 weeks of it. Stay away from NowTV.
