OK, I love Now TV, and as a family we use it extensively around the house. Last week I had a problem with my LG tv which required I reset my TV back to factory settings, which required that I re-enter my Now TV credentials. Fast forward to today and I saw the lovely new 4K Now TV box and made a snap decision that I would buy it and set it up in time for Christmas. I have just come to set it up and to my frustration and horror I am told that I cannot use the new shiny 4K TV box until after Christmas because I can only change one device per month and the error on my TV is counted as my one this month. Is there anyway that a kind soul at Now TV can save Christmas from blurry TV hell by allowing my family to use our shiny 4K box in time for Santa's visit.

Ask live chat to reset your devices on your account, then once reset play some nowtv content on the four devices you want to add back to your device list.
