Delivery of the router was delayed a week - compensation?

When completing my NowTV membership and switch from BT, an agent explained that if the router/box was delayed then I'm entitled to compensation for each day without internet access. 

Does anybody know how I can go about getting compensated?

You need to call the broadband team.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
