Delete my account

Hi I would like to deactivate my account in entirety, and by deactivate I mean completely delete my account and erase my details. The fact you have made it an impossible task to actually do this from a button is incredibly annoying. I dont have access to the live chat function, nor is there a contact email that I can use. Under GDPR legislation I have a right of access to my data and demand that the account and my details be deleted immediately.

Yes, you have that right, but NowTV likewise have the right to lay down a procedure for this, with due safeguards. Try this:-

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
