Sadly my partner passed away from covid on 03/01/2021 I've tried contacting customer services on a few occasions all I want to do is swap account over to myself can anyone help please.

Is it TV or broadband you are wanting to transfer?
If TV then is should be a matter of changing email address and personal information within the account if you know the login details.
