Day pass wasted, support non-existent

I purchased a day pass on Saturday and having finally got through the faff of getting access, I quickly realised the 3pm match would not be shown. Since then, have been trying to get any sensible or meaningful contact to apply for a refund.  Interestingly, I note there is no online support content? You choose your area of support, and when you get to the tab that says 'Your Options', the pages are all blank?   Perhaps NOW thinks this is a clever way of advising you have no options. The automated Bot is as useless and frustrating as you'd expect, there is nowhere on the site to actually make contact, let alone request a day pass refund.

Does anyone from NOW even read this forum?

Not staff who can help with account and membership issues. For that you need live chat. 

Make sure your signed in and click the 'How to get in touch' drop down.
