@Anonymous User absolutely useless screaming and shouting here as the community pages are used by other customers like yourself.

Try emailing

customerservices @ nowtv.com (ensuring there are no spaces). 

You can use the template in this link to ensure you are following the correct protocol on deleting your data.

Well, I'm not sure what you're expecting. I just checked my mobile and electric suppliers. Like Now, neither of them let you request that online instead making you phone, email or write a letter. So my guess is, what you want isn't possible. 

If you don't want to email or write to NowTv don't expect your data to be removed!
