Waited on hold for 23 minutes. Finally it transfers to an agent. The agent has their headset on mute, I say hello a couple of times and they hang up.
Tried at other times of day its always 20 mins plus. So to decide to suck it up and wait the 20 minutes only to be hung up on is immensely frustrating.
I'm trying to UPGRADE my broadband and pay this pathetic company MORE money.

I can't even find a number to call them ,? And they have been making charges for things that I don't know about on top of my bills, this company is a joke and I will be leaving very soon if they don't sort out the matter, if you have a number can you please give me it
