Customer service

Hello

I requested my broadband to cancelled for 18th November. I paid in October 2023 which would have taken me to the 18th November, but I got charged again in November.

I want to clarify this but the customer service staff, but they don’t answer the phone.  I have emailed them but I haven’t had any response.

The call centre only works 8am to 8pm. Try calling in these times.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
