Credit on account not used

Hi - I have £40ish credit on my account from clubcard vouchers - the sky cinema pass has been renewed using the credit - however my debit card has been charged for entertainment pass? Can I not use the credit for both passes?

Where i am assuming the entertainment pass was on the same NowTV account has your Cinema pass that the Tesco Clubcard credit was added too.

 

Would normally say get in touch with live chat, but due to the Coronavirus crisis live chat is closed for the foreseeable future.

 

Only thing i could suggest is go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers where under FAQ there is web form you can send them where the FAQ saying something like "I think i have been incorrectly charged - what should i do" .
