Credit for cancellation

I've recently cancelled my broadband services and logged in to double check it had definitely been cancelled. I was charged 48 pound on my last bill which it was normally 25. Looking on my account it says credit for cancellation -£15.00 can someone explain what this means please

If you call them on the number you will find under My Account/Orders & appointments, no doubt they will explain this for you,

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
