Cost of calls

I have free calls but I was charged £2.20 for a call,  was it because it lasted over 60 mins?

Yeah calls are free for 60 minutes at a time.

Annoyingly I found out the hard way. Which is why I always stick to using my mobile!

Thank you. Aww that’s how they get you!! Must be in the small print somewhere, I’ll have to have a read.
