We are paying for Super Fibre advertised at 63mbs, guaranteed to 35mbs , but to date have not gotten over 25mbs speeds. I want to be able to discuss this issue with an actual person not some 'bot' which doesn't ask the correct questions. We moved to NowTV from BT, and now wish we hadn't.
Can someone from NowTV actually contact us to discuss. Otherwise we will be cancelling and going elsewhere.
FYI. I deal with IT all day, so know how to run network and internet speed test.

Yeah I know it’s utter f crap ! It’s like they don’t want you to make a payment as well , talk about round the houses just take MAKE AND TAKE A FUKEN PAYMENT
WHERE IS THE CONTACT NUMBER AND WHY MAKE IT SO HARD TO FIND THE NUMBER
