I need to contact Now TV as I am being charged when I haven't subscribed. But contacting Now TV is impossible.
The Chat option doesn't work on any browser I own, Safari, Firefox or Chrome. So I used the send a message option instead, four ignored messages later I am no closer to resolving this issue.
This is the third time this year where I have been charged for a subscription I didn't activate. Highly annoying.
So what options do I have left? There doesn't seem to be a phone number, but wondered if I have just missed this?

You have obviously made every effort to contact Now TV without success. So your only remaining option is to contact your credit card issuer and tell them you wish to cancel, immediately, your continuous authority for payments to Now TV. Under current UK law, the card issuer MUST act upon your instruction without delay.

@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. There's no phone support unless you are a NOW TV broadband customer. Usually trying a different device and/or browser gets live chat to work, but if you're still having trouble getting there pop onto your My Account > My Passes page

and in the FAQ section look for 'I think I've been incorrectly charged', you'll find a request form in there you can fill in instead.
I'll also tag @Tony-D @Anonymous User from the NOW TV Team in case they can help, but I've no idea when they will next be on the forum so I'd recommend trying the form above first.
PS if you don't see any passes on your account the charges may be coming from a different account. Have a look at the following page to see if it helps
