'Contact us' facility

This appears to have been disabled?

 

I was hoping to contact you regarding a duplicate charge on 30.12.17.  I took out a 24hr sports pass and paid £6.99, but there is a further charge of £7.99 on my account?

@Anonymous User that sounds like you have accidentally set up an entertainment pass. If you go to your passes and scroll down there is the option to query payments.

Thanks for your reply, but there's no record of an entertainment pass on the payments screen
