I am unable to contact you, it's VERY frustrating!!
I've just noticed my last 2 months bills have gone up and i don't know why??? There is no option on your website anywhere to contact you by live chat or message.
It used to be really easy to contact you, what has changed? Please contact me back to resolve this.

See if this link page below, gives you access to live chat or send them a message.
Open the page, click on the drop down arrow below "Anything else" which should reveal the contact options.
