Unable to click ‘Confirm’ at the bottom of the payment details. I added the card details and the address information. But the ‘confirm’ button is disabled to move forward to make payment. There was green tick mark for all the address details but no green tick for card details. Not sure if that is an issue. I tried with both a Visa and Mastercard

Is this for TV or broadband?
As it sounds like you’ll need to speak to staff, whereas broadband you can talk on the phone but TV it’s live chat.

Had this problem. Seems that it was because we only have a house name, so the house number field was blank. I just put a 0 in house number field and it worked. Appears you need to use the address finder and need to have something in every field so there are ticks in every field. Infuriating.
