Completing online account issue

I'm moving house in a few weeks, and I need internet in the new place - so I chose NOW. 

I've ordered the router and arranged the date for my internet to go live, but in the email I'm told the broadband cannot go live without my account being set up.

The email says this:
"Important: you need to complete your online account before your NOW Broadband can go live.
Just click the link below to complete your NOW Broadband account.

What you'll need:
Your NOW Account number - [My number]
The email address you signed up with
The last 4 digits of your payment card
Your postcode"

I input all of this and I just get an error message saying "Something went wrong… Please use the same details you provided when you called us to order NOW Broadband."

Something isn't wrong. I did use the same details I provided. There's no live chat to resolve anything... Am I even going to be able to get my internet working when I move in? Or am I just going to get charged and not receive any service? Useless company

If I were you I’d call the broadband team in the morning after 8am to get it sorted out.

NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.
