I found an email address for Now TV which doesn't work either, here is the email I attempted to send:
Hi, I am having a number of problems with NOW TV, my broadband is unreliable and does not allow me to participate in Zoom which I need. I have tried using your own speed check which fails.
My account payments are not clear, and my NOW TV pass has been cancelled.
I have attempted numerous times to use live chat which has not worked.
And now I have had an email saying my NOw TV passes are cancelled, which does not accept replies.
I recently updated my credit card on your system. and you took payment 28 days ago.
In summary
Broadband service slow
Account payments incorrect.
My Now TV pass cancelled by yourselves, even though you're taking payments.

What what I am aware is that live chat won’t work with certain browsers. Worth giving another browser a try?

Best to jump onto Live chat. This is only a customer forum so it’s highly unlikely you’ll get a response from Now TV staff.

Yes mines rubbish too completely stops on the box, runs slow £25 a month thinking not worth it, tried thechat but still no good waste of time, seems like just upgrade and pay more money
